What counts as a user?
Each staff member with their own login — social workers, counselors, psychologists, and support-team members. Students are never counted as users.
Can we add users mid-year?
Yes. Additional users are $498 each per year and can be added any time as your team grows.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fee is required for the SocialNote platform. Standard onboarding, training, and support are included. Optional services such as SIS integration have separate fees.
What if only I want an account?
If your district has not adopted SocialNote yet, contact us about an individual license for school-based professionals who want to use SocialNote independently.
What about larger district-wide deployments?
